Information needed to book event:
  • Where will you be getting ready that day?
  • Time frame needed to be ready by:
  • How many for hair and makeup? (Specify traditional or airbrush)
  • How many for makeup only? (Specify traditional or airbrush)
  • How many for hair only?

We will send a personalized quote and contract that you can e-sign from your computer.

Once the contract is signed, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is due.  Your date is officially booked!  We can not book your event unless both the contract and retainer fee are received. The final 50% is due 2 weeks before the event date.

 

There is a minimum of 4 services to travel on-site. Hair and makeup for bride is 2 services and 2 hair for bridesmaids or any combination of 4 services meets the requirement.  This allows us to have an ample amount of services after traveling, parking, and getting to and from your event. (If your event is on a Monday-Friday, inquire, we may be able to waive the minimum.)

Adjustments to the number of services needed may be adjusted even after you sign the contract.  So no worries if you want to book the date with us but want to hear back from your bridal party.  At the 30 days before your event, if you’d like to add on services, as long as we can accommodate that is no problem.  However, removing services within the 30 days is not an option.  We have already scheduled and confirmed artists and telling them that they are no longer needed wouldn’t be fair to them with such short notice.  This policy allows us to reserve the best artists in the industry!  We appreciate your understanding with this policy.
